Hi! I am Maulik Kataria. My passion is to create art using technology. I am trained in both animation art and computer science. My interests therefore range from designing, rigging and animating characters to tell stories to developing user friendly and robust software. I am always eager to discover new ideas and learn new methods to improve my current skills.

My primary work in animation is related with rigging and deformation. I like to think about details and focus on getting them right to create quality content. To achieve that requires me taking up technical challenges particularly related with computer graphics where my background in computer science comes in handy. I have recently developed Maya plug-ins using c++ to solve deformation and dynamic rigging issues.
